Housing Legal Clinic   Introduction The Housing Legal Clinic (HLC) was established with the objective to provide advice and help solve the problems faced by homebuyers against housing developers. Preference will be given to those who cannot afford legal advice or counsel. Function The function of the HLC is to give views, advice and ways of resolving the dispute between the buyer and developer. If both parties agree with the HLC’s views, they have the right to obtain legal representation and settle their dispute through the court.
